JONASZ KOPERKIEWICZ – a graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. In 2014, he defended his master's degree with distinction in screen printing and in 2020, his doctoral thesis in the same field. He currently works in abstract painting, dominated by studies of color and form, which serve as a starting point for reflections on the nature of reality.

He perceives art as an activity on the border of mysticism, and the human being within it as a kind of medium, a participating observer who accompanies the transformation - the merging of the essence.

He creates beings, calling them to life in this world, drawing them from nothingness. For him, "style" is a secondary attribute, and focusing solely on formal aspects is arrogance.
