Refund policy

1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to return an item purchased through the website, without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving it. In such a case, the website will refund all payments received from the Customer.
2. The refund will be issued immediately after the returned item is received by the website, provided that the Customer returns the item in the same condition in which it was purchased. The Customer is obliged to properly secure the returned shipment. At the Customer’s request, the Seller will provide all necessary instructions regarding the appropriate packaging of the returned item.
3. For domestic returns, the website refunds the Customer the cost of sending the item back, up to the amount of the shipping cost stated in the offer.

5. The right of return does not apply if the purchased item has been customized or modified at the Customer’s request, in particular if it has been framed or removed from its stretcher.
