What is Melba Gallery?
Melba Gallery is an online art gallery born from the need to create a place where contemporary art is accessible, understandable, and treated with due respect. We aim to build a community where everyone can find inspiration and a real connection with art—regardless of experience or previous exposure to the art market.
We believe that paintings, prints, and collectible photographs can reach a much broader audience than just wealthy collectors. We believe that people are more open to having original art in their homes than to reproductions or posters.
We are a gallery, not a store. We carefully select artists to collaborate with, prioritizing the quality and consistency of the works presented from the outset. We aim to bring art and the artists closer to audiences in a way familiar from brick-and-mortar galleries, bringing this experience online and enriching it with new forms of connection.
Melba doesn't come out of nowhere
This is a concept that was born in our minds over 10 years ago. Even then, we wanted to support creators and give them the opportunity to showcase their work.
Melba Magazine is an online quarterly that focused on an artistic perspective on fashion and its reflection in other fields of art.
