Shipping policy

Available shipping methods:
- DDP courier
- Personal pickup

1. Purchased items are dispatched no later than 14 business days after the payment has been recorded, via a courier service.
2. The delivery cost is covered by the Customer. Fees may vary depending on the item offered and are provided in the order under the “Delivery Method” section.
3. In exceptional cases, the shipping cost is calculated individually at the Customer’s request.
4. The average delivery time from the moment of dispatch is:
- for domestic courier services – the next day
- for international shipping – depending on the delivery address
5. The website is not responsible for loss or damage caused by courier companies.
6. The Buyer may also collect the purchased item in person, after arranging the pickup details with the Seller in advance.
