BEATA SZAFIROWICZ
Born in 1998 in Blachownia. In 2018, she graduated from the Art High School in Częstochowa, and in 2023, she completed a degree in Painting at the E. Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, where she carried out the main part of her diploma project in the studio of Prof. Marian Waldemar Kuczma. She creates at the intersection of abstraction and figurative painting, working primarily with oil on canvas.
For her, painting is a process that shapes, liberates, and helps her grow. The artist's main inspiration remains nature – a starting point for building a new reality, in which emotions and imagination play a key role.
Her paintings are the result of a transposition in which the external world passes through the filter of internal experiences. Realistic elements are consciously blurred in favor of the final painterly expression. She develops her work primarily in three series: Transpositions, Repetitions, and Sensitive Compositions.
